By taking advantage of experienced  specialist in the field of label printing and by standardizing of the system and procedure of our production line in our company , we have reached to a level of performance that with no doubt ,we produce the highest quality  labels for all our customers  , no matter how small or big is the business.

Our guarantee management system has been established according to ISO 9001: 2015 and awarded by TUO – Technical Supervision Organization for Safety, Quality and Environment Protection. This means that we conform to a quality management system which can consistently provide a product or services that meets customer requirements and in another word, Using ISO 9001:2015 helps us to ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.

Besides ISO 9001, we have been awarded CERTIFICATION   of ISO 10002: 2014 and 10004: 2012 by G-CERTI and ELBACERT. We have created and developed documents, based on guidelines of these two standards in order to maintain, and improve an effective complaints handling process for all our customers and workers. The obtained information through the complaint handling process can lead to improve products and more satisfaction of our customer and all other relevant interested parties and individuals.

For Taking care of our environment and to prevent from causing negative impacts on the environment, Chapgostar Shargh Co. has established an environmental management system often called EMS based on ISO 14001: 2015 which we have got the CERTIFICATION from Equal Assurance Australia.

In order to protect our employees against possible occupational risks, control and decrease the risks associated with health and safety within our workplace, we have implemented OHSAS, ISO 18001: 2007 and received CERTIFICATION of Occupational Health and Safety Management from G-CERTI.

All steps from beginning (reviewing inquiry of labels and order specification) to the end (Delivery and shipment of labels) of the job are checked and controlled by our executive director and her quality control team.

• Customer inquiry of a label is Reviewed by our executive director and also design office to make sure that an appropriate material and adhesive has been chosen for customer purposes.
• After placing an order, customer artwork is checked be design office and Send proof for customer approval.
• Approved customer artwork is the base for production of the labels.
• The material, adhesive, quantity and die cut specification of the ordered label is filled out in an ISO ordered form and is distributed by executive director to all involved disciplines.
• Without presentation of representative of the customer, production of the labels does not start .The material; adhesive quality and printed sample should be confirmed by representative of customer prior to production of the ordered label unless some other way is agreed.
• Production audit of order for completeness and materials/tools/plates.
• First sample sign-off – QA team matches first printed sample with proof.
• Inspection of the finished product by our QA team.
• Audit of shipment information.
